Information we collect

We collect merchant registration and profile information, contact details, device identifiers, app version, notification token, security logs, transaction references and support communications required to provide and protect our services.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver merchant services, display transaction history, prevent fraud, provide support, send requested service alerts and improve reliability.

Notifications and device data

The Android app may register a Firebase Cloud Messaging token and basic device information so NICTBD can deliver account, recharge, bill payment, bKash Cash In and administrative notifications. Notification permission can be changed from Android settings.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by hosting, email, SMS, payment, Firebase or other infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law or protect users.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private credentials and operational logs. Financial, settlement, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may update profile details, disable notifications, contact support or submit an account deletion request at /account-deletion. Some records may be retained or anonymised when deletion is restricted by legal, accounting or security requirements.
